We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, however please note that in times of high-demand, customisable and made to order items may take up to three weeks plus shipping.

Our postage rates are calculated on weight. Prices start at just $4 for single small item in an untracked parcel. Prices are then adjusted incrementally. Spend over $85 and you will qualify for free shipping Australia-wide. International postage is at flat rate which is calculated on your location. If we can post your goodies for a lower rate, we will reimburse you the difference. 

A Swagger package makes a lovely and special gift. If you would like your order to be sent as a gift, please advise us of the recipient's postal address and any  special message that you would like to include with the package.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase*, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. Item must be in perfect unused condition.


Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser.​

*This does not apply to Custom or made to order products. Please check your sizing and spelling choices as we will only offer refunds where there is a genuine manufacturing fault.
